We are the local authorized agent and distributor in Malaysia for Pongpara Codan Rubber Co. Ltd. of Thailand, who specializes in the manufacture of a wide range of industrial rubber products for various industries using both European and Japanese technology.
Our multi-industry expertise is supported by the local manufacturing plant in Malaysia that provides stringent quality control, product research & development and technical service laboratory for fast production turnaround and timely delivery to our local and OEM clients in a cross-sector of industries such as palm oil milling & refining, edible oil, chemical, petrochemical, engineering & machinery and electrical & electronics, amongst others.

CAPABILITY
Our production lines consist of a wide range of machinery from the initial mixing of rubber compound to the extrusion and precision moulded parts. With the utilization of this high technology machinery and couple with our specialized techniques, we are able to manufacture quality parts consistently with the Customer stipulated times.
Our flexible production system also allows us to have short lead-times, therefore enabling us to supply "Just-in-time" (JIT).
Continuous improvement programmes, including synchronize manufacturing, automated production, continuous work flow and flexible work cells has resulted in Pong Codan receiving rave reviews for its cost-efficient operations.
This has further improved our Customers' processes by way of better pricing and performances.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Our relationship with Customer starts from the design stage, where from the drawing board, each products to be developed is with full satisfaction from our Customer. Our highly skilled workforce, utilizing our advanced technology equipment, have been able to develop unique and completed shapes with precision tolerances for prototype sampling within a very short lead-time.
We also provide comprehensive test for all our products based on Customer requirements. Test can be customized to Customers needs, wether conforming to JIS, ASTM or SAE standards.
Our Engineers are trained to be innovative and creative especially in developing new parts while at the same time adhering to the Advance Design Principle. This makes the part simple in design and easy to manufacture.

QUALITY
Utilizing the Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) concept which emphasizes control of material, production processes, tooling, design and capacities, even Customers with the most severe standards can be rest assured of Pong Codan's high product quality.
We use proven and time tested special rubber compounds to make parts which have exceptional high physical properties and compression strength. This further provides for excellent sealing and vibration absorption properties.
Pong Codan also conducts regular testing and inspection in the production line. Monitoring of the curing speed, temperature, time and other variables parameters not only meets high SPC standards, it further ensure the consistency of our product quality.
